GIFF GAFF @GIFFGAFF is the worst uk network i have eber been on, if you are considering joing them, just dont bother, you will have nothing but connection problems from start to finnish, giffgaff do not even show up on the top ten mobile phone networks.
I hate this crappy company,it must be run by a load of cowboys,the customer service is absolutely useless,firstly unlike another network you can't phone them up,instead you have to register to a forum which is hard enough since it won't recognise your log in details,so you have to reset your password even though you haven't forgot it,then you message an agent who knows less about your question than you do,so you ask the community who are often just as useless and sometimes rude,all I want are the settings for my nokia phone,but they insist I am using a Blackberry,so as soon as my credit has gone I will be going to another network,and please people stay away from this awful company.

ReplyDeleteI don't like any money grabbing mobile phone network, I use skype for iPhone, very cheap calls.. I'm just waiting for Apple to have their own mobile phone network, then I don't have to bother with any 3rd party crap at all, all my mobile phone needs will be in one place :)
